DELIVERY AND RETURNS
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
We are committed to sending your orders anywhere in the world and will do our utmost to ensure that we do this in the quickest, safest and most cost effective manner at all times.
Delivery charges payable for items dispatched in the UK and abroad will be notified to you in the confirmatory email. Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and additional charges for which you are solely responsible. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We will email you when your order has been dispatched (This is subject to the UPS Postal service or such other delivery service we may utilize).
Please note that deliveries may need to be signed for upon arrival. Please also note that we take no responsibility for any delivery problems, which may occur from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you.
Our delivery options are as follows.
All UK orders are dispatched by UPS or such other service provider as we deem suitable.
Your order will be dealt with as promptly as possible and we endeavour to dispatch goods within 1 working day.
Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified.

*Please note that for orders shipped to countries outside of the EU, the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. We advise that taxes and duties may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you would be satisfied with your purchase.
Please note that the following points refer to orders made from stock only. They do not apply to Made to Order or Bespoke orders. Made to Order and Bespoke items are not returnable or exchangeable.
We are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst hoping that you are delighted with your order from stock, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange. We must however stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange on an order from stock, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging. Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.
Import duties, customs and local sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any items, which we deem, unfit for resale.
If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us.
For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, for example, Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery in the UK or a courier service in the US or Europe.
We do not pay for return postage to us; this will be at your own cost. To return or exchange goods please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you will receive instructions via email.
Returns requests are required to be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order.
Sale returns requests must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of order.
Exchange requests are required to be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order.
Sale exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Please note, upon receipt of your Returns Number, you will have 3 days to dispatch your returns shipment.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to settle on your account.
Karen Gold prides itself on outstanding quality and regularly conducts quality checks of stock. However, if you believe you have received a stock garment with some kind of fault please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and we will advise how to proceed.
